Shipping, Payment Methods and Processing

• We accept only debit or credit cards. Our transactions are processed by Square, and PayPal and all personal financial information stays with them.
• LRH Designs ships locally and internationally. We currently use FedEX, UPS, USPS to ship our products.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Shipping costs are calculated and included in your total at checkout.

Return Policy

• All our merchandise is inspected prior to being included in the online catalog. It is inspected again prior to shipping. We produce one-of-a-kind items and are not always able to reproduce them. All sales are final. In case of lost packages, we suggest you contact the shipping company on your receipt concerning lost products. If a package arrives damaged, we may be able to repair it, but we cannot guarantee we can repair it. If stones or beads are broken, we may not be able to replace them. We will do all we can to assist you in recovering your merchandise and cost. Once the package is in the hands of the shipper, we can no longer be responsible for their staff and or process. Nor can we guarantee you will be able to get a replacement, again we make one-of-a-kind items.
