These Designs feature buttons that my grandmother collected over the years. As a child of the Great Depression my grandmother kept things that could be reused buttons, ribbons, fasteners of all kinds, etc. As a child her buttons were my secret treasures, they were my rubies, pearls, and emeralds. I'd rummage through her buttons for hours. When I couldn't go outside to play I'd ask if I could play with my treasure and she always said yes.
